Slings are an essential component of any successful SPHM program. Reusable slings are better for the environment, provide more sling options, and significantly reduce the ongoing costs of SPHM programs when managed properly.  This session reviews a three year process improvement journey that led to the successful management of reusable slings for multiple hospitals in the Denver, CO area. The latest data, benefits, outcomes, and lessons learned from this journey will be shared.
